I wanted to share the good news with you. Almost two months ago you helped circulate the news asking for prayers for Sister Gilberte Buissière, a CND Sister who had been kidnapped in Cameroon, along with the two Italian priests she works with.
We heard early yesterday morning that she and the two priests have been released. She is apparently in good health, as are the priests. She is spending some time in the capital of Cameroon with the CND community there and then making her way back to Montreal...

Sr. Gilberte Buissière and two Italian priests Giampaolo Marta and Gianantonio Allegri, missionaries from the diocese of Vicenza in northeast Italy, were freed Sunday, June 1 2014. Staff at Canada's Cameroon embassy and security officials in Ottawa celebrated the good news yesterday. They are grateful for the assistance from the Cameroon and Italian authorities.
