I wanted to share the good news with you. Almost two months ago you helped circulate the news asking for prayers for Sister Gilberte Buissière, a CND Sister who had been kidnapped in Cameroon, along with the two Italian priests she works with. We heard early yesterday morning that she and the two priests have been released. She is apparently in good health, as are the priests. She is spending some time in the capital of Cameroon with the CND community there and then making her way back to Montreal... See the attached press release for more information. Thank you for your prayers. We are so thankful for this good news! Monica Monica Lambton Coordinator, Office of Justice, Peace & Integrity of Creation Congregation of Notre Dame (Visitation Province) (514) 932-7973 | Sr. Gilberte Buissière and two Italian priests Giampaolo Marta and Gianantonio Allegri, missionaries from the diocese of Vicenza in northeast Italy, were freed Sunday, June 1 2014.
