"Little Princes" - A True Story of Trafficked Children in Nepal

Recently Sherrill and I read this book and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. As described, it is a page turner. But actually it much more than that. Critical praise reads:

“Funny, touching, tragic. Conor Grennan’s Little Princes is a remarkable tale of corruption, child trafficking and civil war in a far away land — and one man’s extraordinary quest to reunite lost Nepalese children with their parents.” — Neil White, author of In the Sanctuary of Outcasts

In the tradition of “Three Cups of Tea” and “Mountains Beyond Mountains,” this book provides proof (there cannot be too much) of the value of volunteer work. — Los Angeles Times

This memoire is a worthwhile read that illustrates that there things we (even one) can do to show mercy and make life better for others. The organization (linked).....

Black Leopard and The Animal Communicator, Anna Breytenbach

12/2/2016

Anna Breytenbach is a native of South Africa and is a trained animal communicator. Her talks are about how humans have become "disconnected" with the rest of creation. How our relationships with the rest of creation has broken down. Her understanding of creation is so Franciscan and it speaks to your very soul.
