| In 1981, Friar Ed Debono, OFM Conv asked P. Léandre Poirier, OFM Conv to give a history lecture of the earliest Franciscans to arrive in Canada. They were known as Franciscan Recollets. This is an interesting read for Canadian Franciscans. Thank you Friar Ed Debono for sharing this.
